About Our Theatre
Founded in 2016 by Kathy Sturm, Jim McCullough and Greg Smith, Eclipse was conceived with the mission to bring to Columbus plays rarely performed in our area. We started producing shows that first season in 2016. For our first three seasons, Eclipse performed in a space provided by Kicktraq on Lakeview Plaza Boulevard. Because the space was shared, the entire theater had to be set up and dismantled for every production. It was inconvenient, but we were so grateful to have had a “home” at Kicktraq.
With the move to Schrock Road in the summer of 2019, our new space features a 46-seat theatre with light and sound booth, raised stage, green room, box office, and lobby.
